We can fabricate and supply a variety of lengths, widths and thicknesses
Steel capping beams can be added to the top of permanent sheet pile walls, both as a finishing feature to improve
aesthetics, and to provide a flat surface covering the pile line, protecting against sharp edges. They typically span the entire length of the wall, following the contour of a pile line, and are securely connected to the top of the sheet piles.
This connection is generally achieved through welding and/or bolting, ensuring a rigid and continuous connection along the entire length of the wall.
As with sheet piles, capping beams can be painted to protect against corrosion and further improve aesthetics following completion of works.
